The Café
One of our FAVORITE spots downtown for a healthy breakfast (or lunch), The Café hosts an extensive raw juice menu along with an array of low-glycemic meals none of which are lacking in taste! Located right of Fifth Avenue, the outdoor seating is mostly shaded offering eaters a shaded, beautiful view of the famous street. While The Café can get busy, we have often been able to linger at an outdoor table to read or get work done! After you're done eating, you can take a stroll down Fifth Avenue or make the five-minute drive to the beach!
Insider's Tip: Don't bother with trying to find a parking spot on Fifth Ave. There is a free parking garage directly across from The Café.

Food & Thought
100% Organic, 100% of the time, the food of Food & Thought is FRESH. Their menu offers plenty of gluten-free, vegan, and raw options (aka a café for the true health nut!). For the less avid healthy eaters, don't be afraid to ask questions about an unfamiliar ingredient or for a recommendation! We highly recommend the CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDIN’ or the VEGAN BLISS SHAKES for delicious, guilt-free dessert.

Organically Twisted
What started as a typical food truck has quickly become a CRAZE in Naples. One of the most creative healthy restaurants you will ever find, these people LIVE for preparing healthy food with a creative twist. Their menu is fantastic, and they continually rotate options so you will always find something new!

If you have ever found yourself in the mood for Vegan but also Asian Cuisine, look no further than Vegan Kitchen because they successfully bring you the best of both worlds at a surprisingly affordable price! The name says it all- 100% Vegan but don't let that scare you away because their delicious vegan creations can sway even the biggest meat lover.

Fit and Fuel Café
This is a place that is all about BALANCE when it comes to healthy eating. Yes, their focus is on food for fitness, BUT this is a place where the friend who is a health nut will find things they like, and the friend who is in the mood for wings will get their fix. This is practically a full-service café with everything from great coffee and breakfast options, to sandwiches and wraps (with veggie chips and gluten-free options available), then on to tacos and dessert, and ending it all with a craft beer.
Insider’s Tip: Fit and Fuel Café offers a happy hour! Monday thru Saturday from 3-7 pm and all day on Tuesdays, you can enjoy $2 off 16oz drafts and wine!

I know we said five healthy spots, but we could not resist putting True Foods in as a bonus. Even though it is a chain, it is still one of the favorites for out of towners (and locals) wanting to eat healthily. They have indoor and outdoor seating true to their “eco-chic” reputation and they're outdoor seating is covered shading you from the SWFL sun. Located in the Waterside Shops, this is the perfect stop to start or end a shopping day.
