A 5 Star Meal in the Sky

When you think of plane food, do you think about a tiny bag of peanuts? A stale bag of broken pretzels? What about fresh fruit and sparkling water? Lobster and champagne? We sat down with Skyline by Two Guys Kitchen & Catering to talk about all of the delicious meals that they cook and deliver to the private jets flying in and out of Naples and Marco Island. From a classic breakfast to a multi-course meal paired with wine, they can make magic happen and from personal experience, their food is as delicious as it looks! Their most requested dishes? Seafood straight from the Gulf of Mexico, of course!

Don’t travel via private jet? That’s ok. You can still enjoy their delicious food! In addition to catering private jets, Peter and Larry also own a physical restaurant as well as cater to the gamut of events. As Larry says in the video, “Pretty much anything with food, we can take care of it!”. In addition to staying busy with all of this, they have an exciting expansion that we will be sharing with you soon! It’s bringing something to Naples that we have missed from our years in Downtown Chicago!

Oh, and yes, we did the interview in one of Elite Jet’s private planes because where else would we interview a private jet catering company? We also have an exciting post from them coming soon as well!
