Your Insider Guide to Paradise

The young and successful are moving down to Naples to enjoy life in this paradise.   This trend is no secret as the “retirement-town” reputation melts away leading way to a special place to live for those who like to be social.  You are not seeking the party scene, but you do not want to be bored. You do not want to rage till 5 am, but watching Jeopardy should not be the highlight of your night.   We are Megan and Matt… and this is why we LOVE living in Naples. We did not start this way… it was actually quite the opposite. The idea of moving down here was incredibly intimidating….

We lived in a high-rise for almost 10 years in Downtown Chicago.  We thought going from living 2 blocks off Michigan Avenue (the Magnificent Mile) to Naples would be the death of us.  We actually decided NOT to sell our Chicago condo just in case we hated Naples and wanted to move back.

To our surprise, there was actually quite a bit to do AND the weather is amazing year-round to enjoy it.  As we have met more and more people our age moving down, it became apparent that there were not the resources we were used to having in Chicago.  What concerts were happening, who had margarita specials on a Tuesday, who has good Vegan waffles, where is the best place to rent a paddleboard?

We felt like we needed a local to help us get the lay of the land.  The person who was the go-to resource. You know, the guy who knows a guy who knows a guy who can get you things.  THAT was when we decided to be YOUR INSIDER. Living here is a PASSION and we love showing people the best of the best for living the South Florida Lifestyle.  We do this because we LOVE living here and want YOU to enjoy it as well!
